Area(s) of Interest or Expertise:

I am the creative director of a Christian Publishing company that has just started to work in the area of graphic literature.

My Testimony: (We encourage members to share briefly about how their faith in Christ has impacted their lives.)

I became a Christian from a non-Christian home in my late teens, and went on to study Philosophy and Theology at University.I subsequently trained as a journalist and worked in secular publishing for many years while pursuing youth ministry in the local church. Eventually my two worlds collided when I set up The Good Book Company in 1989. We have grown to become an international creator of resources to share the good news of the gospel, with offices in London, the USA and in Australia. I have a hunger for creating new ways communicating the gospel of Christ to those who are not readers.

Dream Job: (If you could have your dream job in the comics industry, what would it be?)

I've already got it... livin' the dream people, Livin' the dream...

Favorite Comic Creators:

Alan Moore, Siku, Tsugumi Ohba and Takeshi Obata (Death Note), Andre Parker and Alex Webb-Peploe (The Third Day).

Good morning Tim, I love publishing website.
I finished a 80 page graphic novel titled "Sermons"
It is made up of very short inspirational stories.
If connected with a writer it might be an interesting larger devotional.
It handles topics such as prayer, charity, justice, etc.
I would be happy to send you a PDF if you would like to look it over.

Tim,

Welcome to CCAS! Make yourself at home brother, contribute when you feel led to. Good Book company has a pro looking site and The Third Day is an impressive entrance into the graphics market. Your hunger for new ways to communicate the enduring truth of Christ is shared by many of us here.
