Dream Job: (If you could have your dream job in the comics industry, what would it be?)

My dream job in the industry would be initiating creator-owned and led passion projects like how Scott Pilgrim and WildCATS started off. Something you can't separate from the creator, kinda like Hellboy with Mike Mignola. I'd love to be part of something where I'd have a say in both writing and a hand in the art.
