Written by Roy Thomas in 1980, this unusual THE MIGHTY THOR comic story claims that the old Asgard had burned out and a new one was created where Thor, Odin, & company dwell. As a follower of our Lord Jesus Christ, I would certainly not add any fanciful fiction to the reality of Messiah's birth, but evidently Roy Thomas is not a born again believer. Still, what he wrote (and the artists drew) is not hostile to the Gospel, and not a little surprising to see in a secular title like Marvel's THOR.
