http://www.manhattandeclaration.org/I believe that active persecution is coming fast upon us, tolerance levels are nearing an all time low, this document could be the tipping point...I don't know why I even signed it anymore because it's only a matter of time the democrats start hunting us down...

    Is that really what you feel? I vote for the Green Party so I'm not a Democrat, but even so I wouldn't assign such sinister motivations to them, Republicans or any other partisan. Do I think they're misguided? Yes, but evil? No.

    It's simply not the case that the Democrats will be hunting Christians down because they are as Christian as the Republicans. Declarations are all well and good; however, at the end of the day I think that the Bible and the teachings of Christ are what will give me the strength to overcome my fears and what the news dreams up.
