    if its black and white, i'd just print at home or maybe office depot, if it is a good office depot- staple them yourself.  pretty quick and easy- if you're looking for hundreds or less

      How many copies are you looking to print?   I know if you go higher volume, you get a cheaper rate.  I'm sure you can find a print shop that will print 20,000 copies for about 5 grand.   Not sure if those are the numbers you're looking for...

    Have you looked into Lulu?  It's print-on-demand, but they're good from what I've heard.....

    Hi Geoff,

     

    An immediate suggestion that comes to mind is to use Ka-Blam. Only order as many as you need, AND you can leave a copy available on their site to be ordered by people individually.
