Thank you Maffett and Craig! Honestly, it was fun nevertheless. It is rare that I can just color without having to draw myself, and the picture you did had a lot to offer.
D.L. I will just pay you to do it, since I don't have the time to follow the tutorial at this time I have too much on my plate. SVen thanks bro appreciate the assistance......D.L. refer to the superman picture for the moon and the stary night sky Also remove the gold trim and bracelets from her costume in this picture

gimp is the best way to go. Also Craig. Here is link to a tutorials on coloring from my youtube tutorials playlist. They are not my lessons just stuff I pick up along the way that have been VERY helpful.
Okay here's what I could get done in an hour :-P. I took a million screenshots and so I will draft a tutorial shortly (maybe this weekend since tutorials take a while). I tried doing things like gradients and shades and subtle highlights, which I can go over in the tutorial :-P. It also occurs to me now that the background may be trees and foliage as opposed to cloud cover. OH WELL LOL!!!
Incidentally, if this is the same lady from above, and you drew both, your art has improved quite well :-).
