ok im at the end of my ropes. I Need ideas. I have come to a realization that my dream of a cover artist is not going to happen. Ive only raised 150 out of the 500 dollars I need so to those who gave tell me what you want me to do with this money. I need a cover artist also so someone give me some ideas. I had original artwork for sale that was going to go on ebay to raise the rest of the cash needed for pablo. I do not blame the person who got the artwork from his "employee" to give to another employee to put it on ebay. . But noone can find the artwork its somewhere but noone can find it. I feel its lost forever and I will never see it again. Right now Im in a very deep pit emotionally and feel like giving up But i cant Geoff

I empathize with your frustration here. I've been pulling my hair out wondering why I can't get a few things done on my end that would seem to make sense but just aren't happening... Very frustrating to not see my agenda moving forward.
This dream may not be dead, it just may be asleep for a while. It also may be dead, just only in the way you are viewing it, not truly dead. I'm the last guy to say this, but give up on your agenda for this and focus solely on God. See what happens after that.
It just may be a new direction is needed. Try banging your head against a different wall. Is there maybe someone at your church who could do the art for you? What about an art project at a church or public school - would a teacher somewhere think this is a cool idea for their students? Is there an existing piece of art you could ask for permission to use for the cover?
I don't have a solution immediately for you (unless one of those was it!) but I know your frustration, and wanted to share with you in that. Hang in there, and I'll pray that your ebay art shows up!
thank you all. for now tho i need some time away from this book a week should do it so i wont be answering any posts or emails so please forgive me in advance. I just saw a part of me die by making this decision and i need time to regroup get angry at god ask god for forgiveness for getting angry at him and will go from there.
I would highly recommend that you read "Me, Myself, and Bob" by Phil Vischer, the creator of "Veggie Tales". It is a good read and contains a wealth of knowledge and information. You should be able to get in on Amazon or ebay.
