I had the weirdest dream last night. I dreamt I had some kind of supernatural powers I don't exactly remember (Though I'm pretty sure turning into animals was one of them, which I guess means I've been thinking about the comic I'm writing too much). I had to fight this supernatural being who was injuring people by turning them into copper statues and then turning them into living fish (as in fish that are alive and breathing, not fish statues). When I went to investigate her weakness, I fell victim. After I turned into a fish, I was fascinated by having a tail and moved it back and forth. I somehow defeated the super villain (I don't remember how). I haven't been able to get the dream out of my head all day today, which I think means to make it into a story. Any ideas as to how?

Even if you can't think of a whole story revolving around this idea, try writing it down. I get a lot of ideas from dreams and write them down in a notebook. Sometimes it just takes a page and sometimes it inspires a whole storyline. But I've also had several small ideas combine out of nowhere to form something even better.
You might want to rent a movie "The Incredible Mr. Limpet" starring the late Don Knotts, in which the same thing happened to his character and he wound up helping the US Navy catch German submarines during WWII. It might give you some ideas. God Bless You.
