CHRISTIAN COMIC ARTS SOCIETY :: A NETWORK OF CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP FOR COMICS FANS, PROS, AND AMATEURS

Hi All:

Well, took over a year, been through alot, and still more to come, moved out and moved out again and into a studio apartment where I finally finished the last page of "I dream of deep space" and scanned them all in.  I started this to see if I could pencil a whole issue, now I just gotta do another at a faster more consistent pace.  I had to leave alot of this packed up or pushed to the side while I took care of life in general, but I would still draw in the mornings, after work, on lunch breaks if I could, so my technique has changed, so coming back to this I see I have alot of different styles, I almost wanted to scrap it and start over, but I thought I've put alot of effort and time into this, so post and move forward from this point.

Here are the links to the previous discussions where I posted the rest of the issue (can't find the first 5 pages though).

Here's the final 10, I hope you enjoy.  Now what should my next project be?

  • I would have commented faster... but in a fit of confusion, I thought  I had.

You have a great sense of story. Graphics and comics have to be so efficient with each picture, multiple plot hints and clues have to be included with emotional markers so that the viewer feels they are moving in a clear fashion with the story. Whether by instinct or training your pictures are doing that.  Awesome, bro.

I can clearly pick out each character within the scene.  I would like to see more variation in the figures of different characters, everyone here is pretty "ripped,"  but I'm liking the facial variations and expressions.

Whoo hoo! Ink, and or color up this puppy!
