Coming up with my first case for my manga

Sorry for the long postI've been really hammering down on good ideas for my first case, but have come up short. Here's all the ideas I have:Most fleshed out cases:1. A woman is accused of stealing a rare treasure (that is allegedly the oldest object in New Eden (the fictional country the series takes place in). In order to find the culprit, Dalton (who has found out Brianna's secret at this point) and Rebecca (an inventor with the power to control technology) must find the treasure in a waterproof box at the bottom of Lake Tengoku. In order to complete this, Brianna turns into a fish and Rebecca attaches a special video camera to her back right before she goes into the water. Dalton watches a computer screen that transmits the image from the camera while Brianna's underwater.2. A girl who has amnesia and can't speak is accused of murdering a man who allegedly performed brutal scientific experiments on her. The case would get readers thinking about scientific advancement at the price of others.3. A woman is accused of murdering her boyfriend after he coerced her into having an abortion. The case would get readers thinking about how we have devalued human life, both of women and the unborn.Scenes I'm not sure where to fit them:1. A climax involving Brianna turning into a fox and searching an abandoned prison that's overrun by criminals.2. A public defense attorney handing over a case to Dalton3. A subplot about a police detective asking a female forensic scientist to pretend to be his girlfriend.Any idea about where to go from here?
