For over the last few years I have been the distributor of a email prayer letter to a group of various members of the CCAS. This orininally started primarily with folks who were a part of Alpha-Omega, the Christian Comic APA that's part of the CCAS, but there are other non-Alpha-Omega people who have joined into the distribution as well. The role is a little small now, and I'd love to add more people to this group.
Basically it's just an informal weekly prayer letter, for which I usually send out a reminder each Friday, then after gathering requests over the weekend, I mail it out (as a PDF) on Monday evening. In terms of data privacy, prayers can be included with your name or anonymously, and unspoken/personal requests are welcome as well. If you have an urgent request during the week it can be sent out adhoc to the distribution as well.
