All Hands on Deck for New Comic Store in Houston.

Hey gang,

I'm going to be doing a Texas premier of the Eye Witness Slipcase set on Saturday Nov. 6th at the brand new SPACE CADETS COLLECTION COLLECTION, shop in the Houston area.

That day will be their official grand opening galla event and shop owner, Jen King (who's a member of this website) wanted me to extend an invitation to any other creators here at CCAS in and around the Houston area that would like to be a part of this event...to contact her by either email (ming4king@yahoo.com) or phone (281-298-1111).

She's always been a big supporter of indy creators (especially spiritual comics/GN's), so let's see if we can really rally around her in this big launch event for her new shop and get the word out there to all "our" fans.

This just in from Jen....also headlining the event will be Patrick Scott (of Archangels fame)! No matter where I go with my signing tour, this is the series most people seem to know when it comes to Christian based comics...so I'm sure he'll draw a good crowd.

I believe that our fellow CCAS member (and Z Graphic Novels editor) Bud Rogers resides in Houston, so you should drop him a line about this.
