For varietie's sake at least...but really the rest of the world doesn't think 3D has made it up to the "Illusion of Life" that 2D has perfected...Europe still comes out with major theatrical features that are classically animated and wonderfully done...and with many studios slacking off on their quality (I mean, this Kung Fu Panda trailer is nothing like Dreamwork's older movies, though it isn't as bad as the Shreck franchise); this might be a good chance for 2D to engage in a renaissance...who's up for it?
